Every one was really kind, really comfortable bed . Nice kitchenette area in family room that I wasn't aspecting (fridge, cupboards, microwave, bottle opener ). Perfect location. Plesent spa. Very Nice cocktails, nice bar and service at reception and restaurant (bar side) Chleb i vino restaurant next door must do ! Casino next door.

The Breakfast was very nice. I would like to ask the management to put a notice in the buffet area asking the clients not to pick the salad and fish with their finges when the hotel has supplied tongs for this job. I was shocked to this people touching the food in this way. In one case a man came up to the buffet salad area eating and putting his finges in his mouth then touching and moving the buffet food on display with his fingers which had just been in his mouth. I will never take breakfast in thios hotel again

Great location of the hotel. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Gym is great, although SPA arrrea requires booking and can be overcrowded at times. Especially after 6 pm. The room was spacious and clean, however daily cleaning does not include daily towels change or shower glass cleaning... If you choose not to have your room cleaned you get the small present, however I think that should apply to all since the cleaning only includes making your bed and emptying the bins. The staff is very nice and helpful at all times. We absolutely loved the stay.

The location is great, hotel is really in the heart of the city. Rooms were spacious, bed matraces, pillows, linen is of very good quality and what I particulatly liked very much was double blanket on double bed. Breakfast had variuos choices including a la carte menu and quite many things available for people with ex gluten or lactose alergies

The Radisson Hotel Was Exceptional And Provided An Unforgettable Top Level Of Service. Fantastic / Central Location In A Stunning City. Everything Within A Short Walking Distance. The Room And All Facilities Were First Class. The Pool / Spa Was A Welcome Additional And Did Not Disappoint. The Hotel Room Was Large,Clean With Lovely Views Of The City And Marina. Beautiful Bar / Restaurant And The Breakfast Buffet Was Amazing. All The Hotel Staff Were Extremely Friendly,Very Helpful And Courteous. Highly Recommended,Beautiful Hotel With Fantastic Facilities,Perfect Location With Amazing Customer Service. Looking Forward To My Next Visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Nestled in a prime location, the hotel was within walking distance of the city's stunning Old Town, an area brimming with history, character, and beauty. The surrounding neighborhood was delightful, with cobblestone streets lined with a mix of historic architecture and vibrant modern touches. There were plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby, offering everything from traditional Polish dishes to international cuisine. Each evening felt like a culinary adventure, with cozy cafés and bustling eateries providing endless options.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed whilst staying 2 nights in Gdansk. As soon as you walk in you are met with a beautiful lobby area. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very large, the bed is huge and extremely comfortable. The TV in your room will give you information on the hotel and facilities it provides. The bathrooms are fabulous with a bath and shower, and a lovely large steam proof mirror for when getting ready to hit the town at night! Great location as everything within 15 minute walk. Oh and the spa is a must if you stay here. X4 different sauna,/spa rooms and a lovely relaxing pool. Highly recommend and excellent value for money. Would 100% stay again if I return to Gdansk.

Everything was wonderful. comfortable beds, soft bedding, clean and luxurious. However, I liked the service the most. the people working there have their hearts on their sleeves. They are helpful at all times. They always have a smile on their face and for them I will definitely come back there with friends! They create a wonderful atmosphere in this wonderful and beautiful place. The location could not be better. The restaurant in a very sophisticated style with perfect service. I recommend such a wonderful relaks to everyone. I will never forget it. And I have already spent the night in other Radissons but this one in Gdańsk is no. 1.

Location was fantastic! Hotel building was modern but with nods to the history of the area. We stayed in a Granary room with a view, we really liked the beams and windows. The view was also fantastic! Lots of choice during breakfast, and we liked the option of ordering a la carte, the French toast was delicious.

View from superior room facing the canals is amazing. Breakfast was ok. It was clean and is smelling very nice throughout the entire hotel. SPA ok. Sauna super pool relatively small but well equipped.Very well organized, you have to book time for sauna and spa and because of that is not very crowdy.
